Generating Reports

Reports are a vital mechanism to provide transparency and updates for stakeholders. Deep Planner currently provides two reports: Roadmap Summary report and Initiative Design report. All reports are available in both online preview and a PDF export.

Roadmap Summary Report

The purpose of this report is to provide information and the current status of the roadmap. It features a Gantt chart, participating teams, the diagram of team engagement, and the details of all epics included. Such a report can be used on both design and implementation phases.

Accessing the Report

To access this report, refer to the “Reports” section in the top menu and select the report from the list.

Filtering the Report

It is possible to filter the report output by a specific team or initiative.

Customizing the Report

To customize the report, click on the “Customize” button and select sections that should be included or excluded. 

Initiative Design Report

The purpose of this report is to provide a technical blueprint for implementing an initiative. It features a Network Diagram, Effort Diagram, effort summary, and the details of epics (including high-level estimates). Such a report can be useful to analyze initiative cost or scope.
